Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On March 2, 2020, Stephen Robb notified TrueBlue, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Mr. Robb’s resignation will be effective at the close of business on March 13, 2020. Mr. Robb’s decision to resign from the Board is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
